Opinionated Posts: 5,733 Group: Admin Member #317 Joined: August 14, 2005	As I said at the beginning of the show there were only a couple of people on this show I felt were honest, real, celebrities ... Lou Diamond Phillips, Stephen Baldwin and ... well those were the only two I had ever heard of except Sanjaya who I do not consider a celebrity. Janice I had heard of because of some of her antics but those were the only three. During the progress of the show I got to like Torrie and .... nope ... of the ones who started in the beginning there were no others I liked. The Speidi conflict drove me crazy ... "supermodel" Janice was a pain in the you know what (Must admit she looked very good on the finale) I liked what little I saw of Holly and was glad when she returned, however brief that was. I didn't like Patti from the beginning. Mainly because I felt this would be her way to defend her husband and try to gather the pity support .... which is exactly what I feel she did. She isn't a terrible person, and I would have done the same under the same circumstances ... but I feel her hubby is guilty as charged ... it is not easy to impeach a politician ... to take on that challenge and carry through with it ... well they had reasons to do so, and they were the ones living the experience so I will bow to the decision of the people of the great state of Ill. I never really thought much of John. He complained so much for a man. His relationship with Patti was weird. It was interesting during the gathering of former contestants to hard Heidi and Holly thought they would be starting and playing the game together as did Daniel Baldwin concerning starting at the beginning. Guess they kept even some of the celebs in the dark Final three were Torrie, John and Lou. John was the first voted out .... Torrie was second and LOU DIAMOND PHILLIPS was declared King of the Jungle and I was very happy with the results. We were told they would "see us next year" but I have read the ratings were so low that probably isn't going to happen ... .guess we need to wait and see how desperate they are to fill a summer time slot.

I really just wanted to know who won. Frangela were two of my favs, because they kept me laughing ... but I'd never heard of them before this show.

ART Masterpiece Posts: 2,560 Group: Writer Member #3,567 Joined: July 13, 2009	I loved this show, but was moving during the final week so I missed the ending. Glad to hear Lou won. Personally, I loved Sanjaya on this show. He and Holly were great. He won so many challenges and was just a good guy. Didn't like him on AI. Missed the reunion, too. My 2 little boys loved watching it with me. Eating all those bugs, what more could a 6 and 4 year old boy ask for?
