Will do this a little at a time. I am still trying to regain my composure after hearing that Steve Wozniak is SAFE. Not even in the bottom two, but actually enough votes to be safe. PC users you better get online and vote next week and out vote the Apple users. I wonder if Steve is being featured on VOTE FOR THE WORST? I haven't checked yet ... but something strange is happening. NO matter how bad the other bad dancers were at least they were better than Steve W Safe so far, in addition to Steve: Melissa, Gilles, Shawn, Lawrence Taylor, David, Chuck and Lil Kim. Four more still waiting for the results: Ty, Denise, Holly and Steve-O More soon. |

Lucky for the viewers Ty was safe as was Steve 0. The bottom two were Holly and Denise. The dance off was horrific. To me there was no improvement what so ever but the judges gave Holly an additional point and they gave Denise an additional 4 points. In my opinion it didn't matter which was eliminated. They were both dreadful. But I still think Steve W. should have gone home. But Steve W is still there and tonight we said good bye to Denise Richardson and Maks. See ya all next week |

I did check VFTW and Steve was not one they were campaigning for as a 'site' but many of their readers, contributors are promoting voting for Steve. I guess I just wonder why people with no actual interest in this or any other show (they specifically said they think DWTS is a horrible show) why try to ruin it for those of us who actually like it. They are trying to encourage everyone to go this site: http://march.shoeboxed.com/ and vote for them as the best on the WEB ... I'd encourage everyone to go and vote against them. Well we are stuck with Steve and we are stuck with Holly. IF there is any fairness in the world Steve and Holly will dance off next week and Steve will go home. People have been comparing Steve to Cloris Leachman ... filling the spot she held last you but I MUST disagree. Cloris had entertainment value ... she made us laugh ... and if any one watched last night they saw the humor in her routines when she and her partner were used to demonstrate next weeks dances .. via tapes. SHE was funny. Steve W is just pathetic. The 'worm' he attempted made me want to bury my head in embarrassment for him. It begs the question ... why would a man with his Big Bucks want to humiliate himself on national television .... and how in good conscience can he choose to remain and it is clear the judges have told him he can't dance. It is in these types of situations I am sorry America gets a vote ... this isn't a populartity contest is is a dance contest .... Thank fully, the good dancers are getting enough votes to stay .... but one can't forget the great dancers who have been eliminated due to lack of votes and the really bad dancers who have stayed because of a large fan base. We need to change the voting system some how but not sure at this point ... except maybe the judges votes only count for the first 4 weeks and then America votes for those that are left after the judges weed out the really horrible ones. |

I call BULLSNOT! I happened to enjoy the "woz". So much more than the wooden Denise Richards. I also enjoy watching Holly Madison try to dance too. I think the reason he is staying is because the judges are so clearly rooting for a handful of people and were entirely too harsh on him the other night. I wish he would quit with the "I injured myself, but I must go on" crap, but all in all I like the fact that he, like Cloris and those before her can find the humor in the fact that though they are really trying, they just cannot dance as well as some of the others. I really don't think we need to worry that somebody like Shawn or even icky Melissa will go home before they do, but the show was set up, much like Idol, to find those fan favorites. Kelly Monaco winning the first season set the tone for how this show is being run/judged, etc. It's a show for entertainment and I've been very entertained by the Woz.

Forgot to let you all know next week is double elimination. They will be dancing the Argentine Tango and Lindy Hop (as demonstrated by Cloris Leachman) Now sorry Funnygirl but I find nothing entertaining about the Woz. Cloris had great humor and kept me laughing but when I look at Steve W I am just horrified for him. He is making a fool of himself and I can't believe anyone as bad as he is doesn't just walk away. He isnt going to win this unless America is totally out of their minds, so why continue the abuse .... both the judges abuse of him and his of our eyes. Holly is only slightly better than Steve W. At least he has a smidgeon more ability to hear the music. However I will say right here ... NEITHER Holly NOR Denise improved one bit in in the dance off. I rewatched and realized I'd been swayed by the judges. Denise was horrible and so was Holly. Well one down 2 to go. A wild prediction ... think the finals will be Gilles, Melissa, Shawn and possibly LT. |

I have been reading across the net and it appears the reason a lot of people voted for the Woz was because they felt the comments by the judges were cruel and not needed. Well I guess I don't feel that way. I think the judges were just trying to let America know that the Woz is not what this comp is all about. I also have seen comments concerning Melissa ... most are happy she is on the show but some are not ... feel she was added just so the network could avoid a lawsuit (?) My question is this ... Steve W is developer of Apple Computer ... why does that make him a more legitmate contestant than Melissa who is classified as a 'reality' star. Also Shawn is a gymnist and Ty a cowboy (I had never heard of either of them) so why are those position more worthy of being a contestant than Melissa's. Mel was also a Dallas Cheerleader ... why is that less worthy than say .. football players? I guess I just can't agree that Melissa is not deserving to be on the show. Even if her claim to fame is being on a reality show, what difference does it make ... everyone has to start somewhere. |

Anything Star magazine reports, you can probably assume the opposite. ![]() Not one of them deserve to be there any more than the other, however, I would much rather watch some of my sports idols/heroes or television personalities dance it out than the likes of some idiot whose claim to fame is she got dumped on national television by a midget tool. That's just my humble opinion. The fact that she's had dance training just makes it worse for me. I find that the Woz has an honest desire to learn and entertain. You can tell that Denise and a few others are there for either a pay check or exposure. These people need to go first!! I'm all about the pros myself.
