I watched the first episode tonight and I was a little disappointed by the teams - they seem pretty boring. It was fun to see some dorky guys hang out near the top, but it was too bad that the hippies/beekeepers are out already - they at least seemed interesting. I think that Nick and Starr will probably be a force and that Ken and Tina will have the most explosive fights while staying near the head of the pack. Terence seems like a whiny little baby! Hopefully I'll be able to get a little more excited about this season.

I am not thrilled thus far, either. But that is always has been for the first episode, so I do hope it picked up later on.

Great challenge tonight - wrestling the women was hysterical! What a fun and genuine part of the culture for them to use - loved it. The one thing that I wish had happened tonight was that somehow the geeky best friend guys could have stayed rather than the divorcee best friend girls. I would've taken anything - them reading the clue correctly, them doing better in the wrestling, or somebody U-turning those catty women. Too bad.

One of the things that took up way too much time on this epi was the sports bra issue. I mean, seriously - I kind of doubt that anyone went out of their way to knock your sports bra onto the ground. It was ridiculous!

But jlyl, I would disagree.

For the reality TV entertainment, I would love to see Nick/Starr and the divorcees get into some serious catfight beaching. I was only hoping for them to stay so that they can apply some sweet ol' revenge on the brother/sister team, not that they're doing anything bad - but it's every team for themselves.

The best friends duo were nice enough guys though. Luck ran out of them. But overall, it was a great episode. It finely fired things up after the (first two) boring opening episodes.
