Okay, another quick recap - just enough to bring you up to speed. With Keesha and Renny on the block, Renny was resigned to leaving and Jerry was intent on making any sort of deal he could with who's going to be left. Keesha was his first choice (wisely) because she is the most likely to be left behind as number 3. He spoke to Dan, too, just kind of as a hail mary - Jerry knows where Dan and Memphis stand, but he had to do what he could. I mean, it's not like he had another choice besides making his case with what he has. We got a glimpse of the jury house and it was pretty predictable. Libra is still unhappy to have been ousted, April came in spewing hatred for Keesha, and Michelle came in angry but quickly focused on how good she looks on tv when she plays the tape that she brought with her. Ollie follows quickly and he's really more into being with April than he is upset about getting evicted. I mean, y'all, they're, like, totally a couple now! It's his first girlfriend, like totally! They're, like, so in love! They threw in some hatred for Dan and that was about the sum of their conversation. Back in the house, Renny and Keesha use their last words for a little love fest before Renny is evicted. She leaves in a classy way and her speech pretty much focuses on the good, although her face at Jerry's video is pretty funny. In the HOH competition, it is hilarious to see how pissy Jerry is over not being able to compete. I think that there was actual steam coming out of his ears. It's the comp where they had been shown pictures of previous comps that they had to answer questions about. Keesha totally bombed it, which was surprising to me because while Jerry will obviously be the target, her winning HOH could give her the chance to swing over to Jerry and ousting one of the boys. But, she showed no indication of even noticing that there were pictures to look at in the first place. In the end, the competition was close, but Dan won. You know, I never was really a fan of Dan's, but I think that he has played very well. He lost when he needed to and he has won when he needed to. The boy could take it all in what I am going to officially call the Evel Dick Phenomenon - this is what happens when the jury doesn't like Dan, but they can't deny that he played the best game. In the most interesting part of the show, the houseguests return inside to find a sumo wrestler type sitting in the middle of the living room. He speaks in a foreign language (idk, samoan maybe - and please don't make fun of my lack of knowledge about such things) and what he's saying is that he's sitting on the information they need. Chenbot lets us know that the purpose of big dude is for a luxury competition - yay - something for us to look forward to in what has declined into a boring season. |
