After losing her mother to breast cancer at 6 years old, Laura was raised by her father, whom she adores. At the young age of 17, Laura turned down an Ivy League scholarship to focus on her passion. She took her life savings and moved from New Jersey to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and producing.

Laura has worked on and off screen in a number of independent films, television shows, music videos and commercials. The last film she appeared in was “Alpha Dog.”

Her “son,” Preston “Casanova” is often credited on the IMDB website as Laura’s assistant on set. She calls Preston her creative muse and cherishes the peace, love, happiness, support and inspiration that Preston has brought to her life. Wherever Laura goes, Preston is never far.

But don’t let this charming young lady fool you. She may look feminine on the outside, but she proudly deems herself a “prissy tomboy” who loves adrenaline and adventure. Whether it’s competing in a muddy football game or surfing, Laura is happiest to be treated like one of the boys. She has a take-charge personality and admits she is extremely ambitious with everything she does. Laura describes herself as passionate, silly, loving, dorky and an overall happy creature.

Shying away from the female clichés, Laura hates shopping, going to clubs and anything involving a diet. She is passionate about politics, science and technology, along with good, clean fun in the sea, sand and snow. After losing her mother, she does her best to live by Mother Teresa’s philosophy, “Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier.” Laura and Preston donate most of their free time to charitable organizations that support cancer research, environmental and animal issues, and other causes close to her heart.

Laura is currently single and lives in Los Angeles, Calif. Her birth date is October 16, 1980.

PRESTON

Preston “Casanova” likes turning tricks for “num nums” (food). He enjoys long romps on the beach, kissing pretty women and cuddling with his momma. Laura and Preston became a team after she met dozens of Pomeranian puppies and immediately fell in love with the runt of the litter. Laura describes Preston as a little human boy who can’t speak yet, but has a perfect balance of brains and beauty. He understands over 100 words and phrases (in English and some in Spanish). When not traveling the world and working on set with Laura as a dog actor/model, Preston loves to make people smile as a certified therapy dog volunteer.
