Matt chops off the tip of his finger and proceeds ... evidently, to serve it up for the edification of the diners. I think this is the can't miss episode of the season ... hope I am not disappointed

Yes Matt cut off the tip of his finger and yes their were a couple of food critics at the restaurant and they couldn't find the finger, at least they never showed that it was found. However the finger tip came off during the cooking comp between the two teams and had nothing to do with the service to the critics and the finger did not go out in the food as we were misled to believe by the promos. The red team won the comp and got to go to the Intouch Magazine photo shoot with Ramsay. However they fell apart during the service and ended up being booted from the kitchen and the blue team completed their service. Corey was the best of the worst and nominated Matt and Rosanne. She said she didn't want to work in the same kitchen as Rosanne any longer. Ramsay also called Christine forward and sent Rosanne back to her line. Another fakeout ... Rosanne who has been a disaster since day one was sent home to her daughter. Ramsay said if she had cooked half as well as she could talk she'd have been a great chef but unfortunately all she could do was talk.
