I would much rather have seen Helio go home because at least Mark was entertaining and was giving a lot of time to try to get better. In the end I guess it doesn't matter because he would never have won the competition but I enjoyed watching him. Once again Jane was pretty low on the list. This year seems to be a battle between Sabrina and Mel B with Cameron thrown into the mix for the women. They are the only three who are continuously dedicated as much as possible to learning the dances. This has been a hard year with so many stars who are actually very good dancers. Though I am disappointed Mark left, I am not all that disappointed with the ones who stayed except Helio. |

I agree Chairo. Actually, at this point in the competition, I don't want to see any of them going. They are all entertaining in their own right. I really do want to see a woman win it this season! |

I'm really surprised that Jane was in the bottom two. I'm glad to see that Jennie is still in. I think, like Cameron, if she would just loosen up, she's going to go far. Now I know that there are alot of Marie fans out there...but she would be my pick for the next to go. I'm SO glad I got to see Mel's and Mak's dance in the judge's encore. That was a great dance. |

I am not a Marie Osmond fan, but I do think she is doing better than some of the others. She flows more than even Jennie and definitely more than Helio. Marie is a great entertainer and I enjoy watching her dance, though when I learned she would be on I wasn't overjoyed about it. Jane on the other hand has always been one of my favorite actresses but I am not liking her on this show. SO I begin to think I like the characters she portrayed and not the woman herself. I will show my age by saying I had never heard of Mel B or Sabrina but have fallen in love with them on this show. Mel is a little too controlling for my taste but she is a joy to watch on the dance floor. Cameron was another person I have never heard of before and I find myself really looking forward to watching him on DWTS. One thing I found myself watching this past week was MAKS and his gyrating hips. In the past I always watched his face. WOW does he have some great moves. |

I think that the audience reads a bit an arognant aire from Jane. I was put off last week over the lift argument and she didn't redeem herself for me this week, either. She had this bizarre look on her face when she was getting the judges' feedback as though she was better than everyone else. You can be a great dancer but if you don't connect with the audience - you are out of luck! |

I disagree with all of you. Jane is a lady and she's acted with nothing but class, grace and decorum. I generally prefer the hijinks of Marie Osmond or Mark Cuban, but I do appreciate what Jane brings to the dance floor. I would much prefer to see Cameron go before Marie or Jane because he's seriously limited. Watch him carefully for his moves. Edyta is very clever with her spinning, jumping, leg-wrapping and there are times when it can go unnoticed, but he doesn't move a whole heck of a lot on the dance floor. So if you can take your eyes off his chest and arms for a moment, you will see what I'm talking about.

I think the problem with Jane is she DOES act the way we all expected Mark Cuban to act, but didn't. There is an air about her that just doesn't sit well with me. (As I mentioned before, I was a fan of hers until DWTS) I am not saying she can't move, she can ... but as you think Edyta covers some of Cameron's mistakes, I'd say all the pros do that for their celebrity partners because they don't want to be off so early either. Jane should have been gracious when Carrie Ann pointed out her obvious 'foot off the floor' error but instead argued the point for two weeks. IMO |

I didn't say Edyta covered up Cameron's mistakes, I said she covered up the fact that he's not doing a heck of a lot of dancing. Pay attention next week. I'm going to disagree about Jane. Mostly because, like Mel and Heather Mills they all have that English air about them that makes them appear to be a little snobbish when we all know they are truly nice people. I also agreed with Jane's arguing about the foot on the floor. It cost her points. She's a competitor and there's nothing wrong with that. |

Actually I have thought most of the professional dancers are so active they distract from the celebrity. I noticed this past week that Maks was moving those beautiful hips so much I barely looked at Mel. She could have been standing still for all I cared LOL I think it is easier for the female pros to distract most of the time because the woman always seems to have the most to do. It is harder for the women celebs because they must have the limelight on them instead of their partners (except Maks of course) As for lifting the feet off the floor, they ALL know Carrie Ann is really watching that this year and yet both Jane and Edyta continue to play games with her. (I don't really mean they are playing games or testing her, but their dances are getting watched more closely) It can be done in a split second even if they have rehearsed and practiced and rehearsed some more to keep the feet down. |
