Vacation Episode

I thought it was quite funny that after all the whining and complaining that Jillian did about her team not being there to have fun and she didn't let them drink or anything and was complaining that Kim wasn't there for the right reasons...blah, blah, blah that the red team won the weigh in! Ha ha...

Jillian really got on my nerves that whole episode last night.

I was really sad to see one of the twins go but dang he looked great in his update...lost like 126 lbs! That's awesome!

I have to defend Jillian (cuz she's my hero). She was absolutely right in all of her spouting off about it NOT being a vacation and the evils of alcohol. They are in the middle of a GAME and somebody was going to go home. Her team had an incredible weigh-in the week before and the other teams not so much. So she knew that the chances of the other teams having great weigh-ins this week were pretty good and she was right. I think that's why Alyson kept repeating that the read team had two people who only lost 1 pound last week.

Everybody's body is different and metabolisms work in the strangest way. However, alcohol has the same affect on everybody. First, it goes straight to your gut and it's empty calories that are hard to burn off. Second, when you have a few coctails, beers, etc., you inhibitions go out the window and you only need one drink and all of a sudden your rationale for having all the bad foods is kicked into overdrive. Also, a couple of drinks the night before will kill a good work-out the next day.

All of these trainers care about their trainees so its hard for them to know that one of them has to go. Jillian is just more vocal about it during training.

Now that I got that off my chest :laugh was anyone else hoping it was Jez that went home last night?
Those who can't laugh at themselves, leave the job to others.

I hear what you are saying...I just found it kind of commical...and her face at the end was priceless...I felt bad for her...never seen her get like that before.

That being said...I was hoping it was Jez...he just rubs me the wrong way! I loved the twins...
