Go figure, someone who knows how to do things and has a good background in survival gets the boot from a young, selfish, self absorbed group. I hate how there are so many young players and so few older.

This is why I stopped watching Survivor 2 seasons ago... It's the same old same old. Sounds like nothing has changed.

He was too passive though. . .at least. . . he was edited as being passive. Not gonna work.
A fly and a flea in a flue
Were stuck, so what could they do?
Let us fly said the flea
Let us flea said the fly
So they flew through a flaw in the flue

Actually he came out of the gate being very vocal but nobody would listen to him and thought he was being bossy. So he decided he was going to go with the crowd and do whatever they wanted and he'd keep his opinions to himself.

It didn't work with PG because she wanted his opinion and so did some of the others. He became too subborn or the initial snub and that ended his stay. I actually liked him till I saw the fatal mistake he was making. I predicted after that if his team lost the immunity he was going home.

Exactly how I saw it. Pouting is never really very effective. Usually more self-destructive (as here) than anything. He's older, but his pouty attitude sure didn't exhibit his maturity over the younger tribe members.
