Opinionated Posts: 3,739 Group: Writer Member #317 Joined: August 14, 2005	Well I for one am totally seething over the results tonight. I was fine with Faina leaving. I thought she was a selfish dancer who didn't care whether she brought out the best in her partner or not. I always got the impression from her that she thought she was better than everyone else and that was far from reality. On the other hand Cedric should have gone. He is great at what he does but it is obvious he is a one talent pony. Jimmy was very talented and should have stayed. I don't think he'd have gone all the way, but to keep Cedric over him was just totally wrong. It makes me sorry Mia was a judge this week. Shauna really did do a tremendous solo and deserved to stay. However I think as he did Faina Cedric will bring her down. I was thrilled that Pasha and Jessi stayed. I agreed however that Jessi's solo wasn't that great. ON the other hand I thought Pasha's was very good so once again I totally disagreed with the panel of judges. The thing is Jimmy was not one of my favorite dancers but he had more talent than Cedric and was a more all around dancer. That is what this competition is about so how can they go against what they say they are looking for and keep someone just because he is awesome at one thing? Boo!!! to tonight's results.

At first I thought that Pasha and Jessie could have done the chicken dance for their solos and still make it through and then Nygel does this big production about solo peformances and "dancing for your life". Clearly, this wasn't the case tonight because Jessie should have gone. I didn't care for Faina or her solo tonight, but Jessie was really a let-down!

About the results: Before the show started, based only on the previous dances I thought Cedric and Shauna should have gone home. I was impressed by Shauna's solo and can understand why they saved her, although she hasn't impressed me before her solo. And I agree with you guys about Cedric - I was sad to see both previous male dancers go and I thought both times it should have been Cedric. I like what the exec. guy said about him - it isn't personal, he is great at what he does, but he isn't necessarily right for this competition. I hope no one else is sacrificed so that he can stay! Okay, so do you have a favorite so far?? There are a lot of them that I really like, but not one or two that is popping out at me yet. I like Jesse (although I agree with the judges her solo wasn't great) and the dark haired girl partnered with Cameron (they did the Broadway number) and they guys I like Dominic (I am not sure why, LOL) and Jesus. Maybe they just seem like the underdogs so I am cheering for them. At first I didn't like Pasha simply because I really disliked the Russian guy that was on last season who was so arrogant and always ripping his shirt off, but Pasha doesn't seem that way at all. V

V You like Lacy Kameron's because she's a Schwimmer...as in Benji and Heidi from last season. It's that personality! My two unexpected favorite personalities are Anya and Pasha! I thought Pasha did great last night and booed Nygel when he said i wasn't enough! I thought his first two performances showed a versatility no other Latin ballroom dancer has showed yet! I can't believe you don't like the 1/2 naked Russian dude from last season!! You khow he dates CarrieAnn Enaba.
