Born in Park Ridge, IL, Louie Frase claims he lives, eats, breathes and sleeps on the water. He goes fishing, sailing and boating almost every day and he loves to scuba-dive as well. Frase is a businessman who loves to teach customers about everything his marina has to offer. He has his own dock and rents slips as well. He previously installed piers and stone/wood bulkheads.
