At the start of the show the blue team is depressed after losing the last weigh-in and the red team is in great spirits. Both trainers tell their teams to pack their bags, they are going on a cruise! Everyone is happy, but some are worried because in their "past lives" they gained weight on cruises.

Once on board, they are welcomed by Caroline and she wishes them luck. Kim takes her team and works them out in the pool swimming laps and doing other outdoor activities. Bob takes his team to the indoor gym and does circuit training. He teaches them how to do a really tough workout in 1/2 the time by working really hard and fast. He says he wants to get in, get out, and enjoy your vacation and not spend all day working out. After the workouts, the teams get lessons on how to eat at buffets. Kim tells the red team to pick a small plate, Bob tells them to check out your choices before loading your plate. They also teach them to ask what is in the items before making their choices.

Next day, it is challenge time. Each team has to deliver a tray of food to a certain part of the ship, have the guest sign the check and then race back to the start. The winning team wins an invaluable prize. We learn that each person delivers a tray to their loved ones whom they haven't seen in over a month. Since its a race, they don't get to spend any time with their guest before racing back.

It is neck and neck until the last guest when the red team wins. The Blue team gets to spend about 5 minutes with their guests before they leave. They are very down and don't want to face Bob. Once they do, he sees their reactions and they immediately go run around the ship. The red team gets to spend time with their loved ones and we don't know for how long. They celebrate with Kim by pouring champagne over her head as she exclaims that she now feels like a real coach.

Back at the ranch, it is time for last chance workout. Both teams go at it hard. Pam feels that if they lose she will go home. Melinda feels the same on the blue team. Both are probably right.

Here are the weigh in results:
Blue:
Amy lost 9 lbs
Bobby lost 9 lbs.
Brian lost 7 lbs.
Erik lost 11 lbs.
Marty lost 7 lbs.
Melinda lost 10 lbs.

Red:
Heather lost 5 lbs. She admitted that once she saw her husband she stopped working out.
Kai lost 5 lbs.
Ken lost 3 lbs.
Nelson lost 5 lbs.
Pam lost 5 lbs.
Wylie lost 6 lbs.

The blue team wins! (by a landslide)
Back at the red team side, the girls rally and decide to vote out Wylie, but they need one guy to go along. Pam works on getting Ken to side with the girls. He never promises anything. At elimination, Heather is very upset when she has to reveal her vote for Wylie. Wylie calls her bluff and says that the girls want a girl to win. The 3 girls don't deny it and in fact agrees that they do want a girl to win. They also say that they are very close and are each other's support. It is visibly split men vs. women on the Red team and the vote supports that, with 3 for Pam and 3 for Wylie. Which means that the Blue team decides who goes home. The blue team votes and in a surprise elimination, Nelson goes home.

At home, Nelson continues to lose weight and has lost a total of ??? I can't remember and can't find it on TBL website. I think its around 60 pounds since arriving at the ranch + home.
