 Wow! What a way to go out. It was a good show. I am so happy for all the contestants (except Nick and Kathryn). Everyone really did their best and I think they have all changed their lives. They are all big winners, by being big losers.

 I TOLD y'all that Kathryn didn't look like she lost all that much weight when they had that show. You all said I was being mean. I would just like to point out that I'm right :D

A very good finale - but come now, was it climactic? At all? I figured that Matt would win from the very beginning, and the mere fact that he went last almost sealed the deal :lol

 You're right Bored. Kathryn did not lose any more weight after she left the ranch.

I loved the final three. It was a good mix. I liked most of the contestants this year. When Matt and Seth smiled they were gorgeous. Suzy looked great with those muscular arms.

 The final three were amazing but Pete was almost the biggest shocker to me. I couldn't even recognize him. And the fact that his wife joined with him... well, he earned the 100, 000!
Andrea looked gorgeous.

What an unbelievable difference in Seth. Who would have guessed there was a beautiful jawline and smile there. His wife better hold on tight. lol

 I agree with Nick and Kathryn...what was up with that? All of the other women looked great though...can you believe Ryan and Suzanne? Wow...they looked hot...Pete was wow...do you think he had the surgery to remove all the extra skin? He would have had too...there was no skin hanging anywhere...I do believe that Seth needs it though...he had some hanging on his belly when he raised his shirt up. Suzy looked awesome...she was so little as well as Andrea...she was skinny too! :) Congrats to them all...they looked great! Can't wait for next season!

Freakin' TiVo didn't record and I didn't catch it until 45 minutes into the show so I missed the beginning. I'm so looking forward to the recap.

Did any of last year's contestants show up?

 I don't think they can have the surgery to remove skin until after the finale. I am pretty sure that is why Caroline made the point that this was all done by diet and excercise alone. Damn, they looked good, didn't they? AMAZING!

 I was very, very impressed with the results these folks achieved. Much more impressed than last year. And I thought the prize money was awarded much more fairly than in season 1. I wasn't crazy about Matt, but he deserved the win. Suzy was my favorite. I hope they all continue to maintain the results they worked so hard for.
