I know...and those girls...I feel so bad for them. They work out so hard yet they can't loose anymore weight...of course they are probably building muscle at this point where as the guys were so much bigger they still have some fat to lose. Sad to see Jen go, but I think it was the best choice. She looks great by the way... |

I was really suprised that Shannon wasn't the next to go. I don't have anything against her, but it seems like she doesn't put as much in to her work-outs that Jen did. I agree that she looked great. I like Suzi alot, but she's becoming too whiny. She was upset that the guys were cheering that they won the weigh in. What did she expect? For them to humbly walk out of the room. What would the girls have done? They would have gone crazy with the cheering. I can't wait for next week. The teams are going to be gone and I can't wait to see the guys reactions to one another now that they won't be a team anymore. |

Agreed...I have a feeling that they won't be doing a girl/guy split team anymore. I just think it was unfair from the beginning. Men usually lose weight faster than women. Andrea kicked butt on those stairs didn't she!!!
I can't wait until next week when they split...looks like they are going to have partners or something.

I was surprised Andrea wasn't voted out. She seems to be making the best progress and has the least amount to go. Can somebody explain to me why it was important for the women to keep an "us against them" mentality with the men in the hosue? |

Nope funnygirl can't help you there. Maybe it's their cattiness. Jen seemed to befriend the guys pretty easy. Maybe the girls are just trying to stay in a competitive mode. It's us or them. They have been so jealous of the guys. How soon they forget that they got the letters and videos from home. Crazy women.  kira.. I think you are right about them not doing a male/female split again. It's like the girls are being picked off one by one. And I too was amazed at how well Andrea did on those stairs. I really thought Mark would have won, but I guess she showed them. I liked when she said that maybe now she would get some respect from the red team (the guys) since she really beat Mark. It wasn't even close. |

I wasn't so amazed by the stairs competition. What amazed me more was that the girls chose Mark who is in uber-competitive mode for over a week. They knew he had already worked out for at least 5 hours that day so instead of going with the easy win, Doc, they went for a competitor. I'm wondering why the guys picked Andrea. I would think Shannon (?, brown lady that was last to vote last night) would have been a better choice since she's always lagging. By the way, I like Suzy and I don't mind her whining so much since I know what she's going through is frustrating, debilitating and heartbreaking and that's without the pressure of competition and having cameras in your face every waking hour. You have to admit she's a lot better than the loud cryer Lisa from last season. She was over the TOP!
