Ok, I remember that I really liked her performance last night, but for the life of me, I can't remember what she sang

I'm sure she's safe though.

She sang "Turn the Beat Around" by Vickie Sue Robinson and also Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine did a version of it also.

Thank you... now I remember

She did it much better than Diana did last year, and I think she did really well with a song that usually doesn't come off well in this setting.

Hmmmm, now I disagree that she did it better than Diana DiGarmo. I thought during the really fast (rap) part of the song Amanda was mumbling and I couldn't hear her well at all. Come to think of it, I had trouble hearing some of the girls last night over the music--was that just me or does anyone else think the music was overpowering last night?

I noticed that a lot last night too. That might explain some of the oversinging that we heard from some of them... Trying to sing louder, so they could be heard? I dunno.

How did she make it through another week? People must be voting for her on looks alone. I think she is a very average singer. She will probably go in the next couple of weeks.

People also might be voting based on their own tastes as well. I don't think that Amanda is anywhere near as bad as a lot of the women, and I actually really liked her performance on Tuesday night.

She "might" be one of the ones going tonight IMO. I actually think it will be 2 others going, but, her performance wasn't good either last night so she might go depending on how large her fan base is.

Her performance wasn't great last night, but I love her smile... She will live another week.
