Tara, 28, is the Senior Manager of Government and Community Relations for the Port Commerce Department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In this capacity she is responsible for managing the public relations for a multi-billion dollar port development project. Additionally, Tara was the first African American and the youngest person ever to serve as Director of Appointments in the Office of the New Jersey Governor. As Director of Appointments, she managed the process of gubernatorial appointments to over 500 boards and commissions. Tara grew up in Hillside and North Brunswick, N.J. as an only child.

She's been rather quiet... she'll probably last a few more rounds, at the very least. I would like to see her leave, though.

Wow. Just one task BOOM she's gone. Hmm... I wish we got to see more of her though :(

Yeah, in a way, I wish she lasted a little longer. I liked her, but sometimes one task (especially the way she handled it all together), can get you taken out for the count. There were three things stacked against her in the last task:

1. She decided on a design without knowing anything about the video game. She could've asked her teammates if they're familiar with the game, or if they ever played it before, and she didn't. Also when she met up with the PSX executives, she didn't even bother to get any more details about the game or anything.

2. When she appointed Craig to supervise the painter, it didn't dawn on her to inform the other teamplayers that she did just that. Had she did that from the beginning, there wouldn't be a conflict between Audrey and Craig.

3. When it came to the boardroom, Tara couldn't back up her mistake or anything. When both she and Audrey went after Craig, he successfully defended himself. To be honest with you, I really didn't think he belonged in there at all. As for Audrey, personally, I don't like her, but she's not the reason why they lost the task. It was all a matter of Tara, and she couldn't defend her mistakes at all, so naturally, she was fired.

I'm glad you moved with us to the new ART crpsaiyan welcome!

Those are some really good points you stated there. I think she had to bring Audrey in because she really had nothing to back her mistakes up and Craig was just a mistake. (But bringing in John wouldn't have increased her chances either as he is such a strong candidate)

It's just as the Donald said, she had a lot of potential but blew it badly in one task :(

Well, I have said before that I didn't see the show, but if Tara screwed up with all those things, she definitely deserved to go.
