| So you've come to ART! We want to say welcome, first off. We are a site that exists to discuss reality television, with some non-reality and other discussion on the side. We are glad that you've come to us, and we hope that your stay will be a pleasant one. In order to make this stay the most pleasant that it can be, we have a few rules, that will increase your enjoyment of the site, as well as the enjoyment of our other members, and the admin team. If you follow these simple rules, we will love you forever 1. While the members of ART speak many languages, lingo is not one of them. So please, always try to type words out instead. 2. No flaming or baiting other members. 3. Please keep all discussion PG-13. We like to keep this site friendly for our younger generation. 4. Spam is fine with us when it's safe in a container. Spam is NOT nice, however, when it's on our site. Linking to websites that are entirely off-topic and spamming on the forum are quite annoying, and they will be deleted promptly. We also consider discussing other websites in an effort to recruit or draw people to them as spamming if it is not first run by us. You will be suspended if any of these happen, and you will also be swiftly kicked in the head. 5. There is a time limit of one hour in which you can edit your post. If you find that you forgot to mention something in a previous post, and less than an hour is gone by, we would ask you to please edit your post, adding in the new information, rather than adding an additional post. If there are double, triple, quadruple (you get the picture) posts, they will be deleted. 6. We do not allow pictures in signatures, because it clutters up the signature. If you have a picture, you may use it as an avatar, and ART automatically will re-size it for you! There is also a spot for pictures in your user profile for all to see. If the mods notice that there is an image in your signature, your signature will be deleted, and you will be sent a PM. Next time is a temporary ban, and then will be a perma-ban. 7. With shows that we cover (shows that have a forum) you will notice that there is an "ART Talk" thread for every episode. These ART Talk threads are for you to talk about that night's episode. Discussion of the episode should be limited to the ART Talk thread only until the show is completed on the Pacific Coast. If the show starts at 8 ET, then it is safe to post elsewhere at Midnight. Please do not post in any of the contestant threads, or any other threads, as it is a pain in the neck for the admins to clean up after it.
