What, in your opinion, is the biggest misconception people have about lawyers and why is it a misconception? The biggest misconception about lawyers is that the "good" ones are heartless and dishonest. In fact, the best trial lawyers are compassionate, ethical, and personable. They truly care about their clients. They succeed because of their talent and need not stoop to being obnoxious, underhanded, or rude. Trial lawyers are fighters, so people may think that the best fighter is the one who yells the loudest and deals the lowest blows. At the end of the day, strategy triumphs over volume. The old saying really is true: to be a successful trial lawyer, be yourself - unless you're a jerk - then be someone else. |

I'm on the fence with her. On one hand, she's outspoken, which I like. On the other hand... the picture reminds me of a barbie doll after a little five year old broke into her mommy's make-up drawer and caked make-up all over it. A little less blush, woman - for the sake of all of us. I've heard of rosy cheeks, but that's ridiculous. I predict... if she isn't gone within the first three episodes, she'll stay until at least the final four.

After watching the last episode, I think Aileen is the one to beat. I thought so before, but that was solely based on her looks (Hot, Hot, Hot!). As it turns out, she's the sharpest lawyer there.
Right now I'd say she and Keith are the two toughest with say, Michael and Chris as the closest competition.
But if I had to bet, I'd put my cash on Aileen winning.
