Well I would say Rob definitely won points with Tommy H last night at the party saying he wanted to be himself, and not pretend to be anyone else. I wasn't sure how that would go over, but I was glad that Tommy didn't count it against him.

Wow... I must say that Rob laughing the whole time while he was talking to the rest of the team was not good communication skills at all. Sure the rest of the team was acting immature... but still, that was just not good.
