It's time to say buh-bye to one of our stars. Who will it be? Let's talk about tonight's elimination in here. :)

No surprise that Sabrina and Mark get the evenings encore performance.

We quickly find out that Sabrina/Mark and Jennie/Derek are safe.

Dolly Parton performs twice during the evening. Is it just me or is Dolly looking...oh, never mind...I'm not even going there.

Two more safe: Helio/Julianne and Albert/Anna

The world's greatest tap dancer, Savon Glover performs with his group.

We get a second rate documentary from Kenny Mayne on the "Origins of Dance."
He's not a dancer but this guy's dry humor gets me every time.

Ok, here's the final list of who's safe and then we'll get our bottom two:

Bottom Two: Josie/Alec and Mark/Kym. On this the first week of competition, the couple leaving the dance floor is Josie and Alec. Tom asks Josie if there's any one, any one at all she'd like to say something to...as all the judge's are hiding their faces. She wants to thank them for being honest, "if that's what you call it." And Alec sweetly tells, that for those that voted for them to now vote for Cameron.
It took me a second to realize why he would throw his votes to Cameron and it's even worse since Alec's new bride Edyta is my favorite pro. I need some rest after a three night premiere. I hate to see Alec go, but I think it was the right choice this first week. What do you guys think?

:laugh I think you know what I think. I missed the show because it's opposite Kid Nation and ANTM and I knew I could rely on you. ;)

Well, thanks...it wasn't a full recap but I don't normally do those for this show's elimination. It's a full hour that they could cut down to about fifteen minutes to give us who's going home. Or I'd even give them 30 minutes to see someone decent perform. There's a little too much recap going on but hey, they didn't ask me.
