Let's talk about what happened in here folks.

Again, another good job by the panel in selecting those going to the next round. I happened to notice in the credits that Jay Mohr is a "consultant" on this season. :oooo

He was the last season too.

I think they missed a few really good ones like the guy who had the drawings, the blonde girl and a few others in Australia. Australia had some really funny comics, I hope they go far. I did realize this episode though that there will never ever be anyone as entertaining as Todd Glass in the house.

I got to see a repeat of this last night and honestly most of those Australian "comedians" really sucked! I did agree with the ones they put through--especially the first woman they moved through.

Did anyone notice John Reep? He went through...however, he already has a comedy show...we were watching him last night on CMT. He is the "Hemi" guy in the Hemi commercials...do you remember him? I seen him here in Columbus, OH at the Funny Bone.

I find this very odd...are a lot of them already comedians...I mean don't get me wrong...John Reep is a FUNNY FUNNY guy...I'm just thinking if he gets through to the house is it fixed? Why would he get in?

Anyway...anyone else recognize anyone?

There have been a couple of recognition shots kira. However, I like that this year we are seeing all the comics audition (or at least I hope we are). The last few seasons we've seen folks show up at the finals to see who get in the house and it's like "how the heck did they get here"? I don't know this "Hemi" guy you speak of, but then again my kids call me the "Commercial Nazi". Since I've gotten TiVo, I don't see many commercials. ;)

Johnny Reep must be much funnier on his show then--I didn't laugh once when he was on and I was surprised he made it through.

kira_butterfly - June 23, 2007 02:40 AM (GMT)
That's what I thought as well Jonnysbandit...he was really really funny when we seen him at the Funny Bone, I just can't figure out why he would be on this show if he already has a show? Hopefully he'll bring some funny stuff with him in Vegas...
