Title: Concerts

Epheks - April 1, 2005 11:17 PM (GMT)
Here is what I want to know, what are the concerts you have went to and were they any good? I just got back from the Velvet Revolver concert last night and it was insane. It was so loud and they worked the crowd really good. 3 Days Grace opened for them and they were so lifeless and boring, the one guitarist would just walk in a circle. I have also been to Linkin Park, Story of the Year, P.O.D. and Hoobastank. All 4 were really good and I would go again in a heartbeat if given the oppurtunity.

So which ones have you been to?

Well, I have been to the Vans Warped Tour in 2004. While I'm sure there were better bands the years before, I still had tons of fun going there.

Bad Religion, Anti-Flag, Bouncing Souls, Story of the Year, Yellowcard, New Found Glory, Rufio, Coheed and Cambria along with tons of other bands were there.

I'm currently waiting for Kylie Minogue to come my way and sit on my lap...

... I mean, for her to come to Singapore for her "Showgirl Kylie" concert in June. Can't wait!

Haven't been to much concerts, but the recent tickets I've got was for Avril Lavigne, but I couldn't make it on that day so I passed it to my sister to watch it.

I was at the Foo Fighters/Sloan/Constantine concert on Friday. It was the best concert I have ever been to. I suggest if you are a fan at all, go see them, you won't regret it.

You're going to laugh...either that or wonder who in the heck I'm talking about.

I've been to see David Allan Coe many times. I saw Diamond Rio once and The Charlie Daniels Band once.

:S

I know who all of those people are

I actually saw Faith Hill and Tim McGraw back at a country music festival, as well as Sara Evans (back before she was popular... not sure if she is anymore... but I know I saw her a bit after that, and was nominated for some CMA's)

I also saw Neil McCoy (excellent performer) at the same festival a year earlier, with Terri Clark and Paul Brandt.

A couple of country music lovers in ART!!!

My daughter and I saw Brad Paisly at our local county fair this year (we also caught Bill Engval..funny stuff) and TONIGHT I'm going to see Kenny Chesney!!! I'm a little stoked!

I can't say I listen to it a lot anymore... but I used to loooove it. The Faith Hill concert was slightly disappointing, but then, she was 8 months along, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot from her

My mom was very strict. I didn't go to a concert until I was 25. Diamond Rio. lol By then I had two kids. Not the time to begin going to concerts.

I have been to a ton of concerts...can't even begin to think of them all. Here is the list I can think of for the moment (some of these people I have seen more than once...)

Glass Tiger, Corey Hart, INXS, Elton John, Tim McGraw/Faith Hill, Shania Twain, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi. Roxette, World on Edge, Haywire, Generation Motown, Richard Marx, 98 Degrees, Celine Dion, New Kids on The Block, Ricky Martin, Paula Abdul, Duran Duran and more... going to see backstreetboys on Tuesday. I love concerts!!

Nicely done, you are my concert idol! I have been to about 4 in the last few months. Velvet Revolver, The Killers, Jack Johnson and The Foo Fighters. In the next month I am in school so I can't go to any concerts but Green Day, Oasis, Audioslave, Common, Death Cab are all coming here with The Killers coming back. I hate that I can't go to any of these. But one day...

I had panic attacks this past Labour Day weekend when The Rolling Stones came to my little province

I wasn't sure we could handle it! Not my style of music, but I think a lot of people went just because it's the biggest band there will ever be in Moncton, New Brunswick

Sheena - September 10, 2005 02:15 AM (GMT)
I would love to see U2, but they sold out fast :(

Went to Summerfest and saw on one stage

Hinder
3 Days Grace
Hoobastank
Nickelback

5 hours of hard rock heaven and I loved every minute, they all were fantastic.
