Tonight the couples will perform two dances. Please discuss the show in here! :)
Ok I have to hear about all the dances. We had tee ball again so I was unable to watch. My oldest got two people out!!! He's so ready for the majors!
We did get to see the Latin dance performed by Billy Ray. When he was doing those hip thrusts, my youngest (who is four) said, "That's just gross." :giggle: Mr. lpatrick and I fell out of our recliners laughing. Smart kid, that one.
From the dances last night, who do you guys think will be going home?
It's going to be John and Edyta and Ian and Cheryl in the bottom 2 this week. There's a slim chance that Billy Ray will be there, but his fan base is still much bigger than Ian's.
Ian had his 90210 alumni in the audience.
I think the judges got it right for hte most part. I think they were way too hard on Apolo. I thought his dances were amazing. Especially his fox trot.
Joey and Kim and Laila and Maks got 30s for their Latin dances! They will both get the encore...unless the judges feel that they need one ballroom and one latin. They will give Laila and Maks the ballroom redo and Joey and Kim's latin. ;)
With the exception of John and Billy Ray the others are so good I don't know how anyone can decide who to keep except for fan favorites. Apolo is sensational. Laila unbelievable. Ian getting very good. Joey improving tremendously. It would be ashame to see any of these 4 go home before John or Billy Ray. I adore BR but he just isn't a good dancer. Entertaining yes, and would probably be great at country 2 step, but this just isn't his thing
I read an article that I had to share a piece of. It is from Annie Barrett on EW.com:

| All Billy Ray needed to do was wait for his ''Living in America'' cue to stomp around making peace signs, then thrust his pelvis five times to the line ''You might find out what you are.'' No, really. That's all he needed to do, to score just one point less than John, who actually bothered to learn an entire partnered routine. Oh, well. They want him back, so we can be sure Billy Ray's patented brand of ''mediocracy'' will rule the floor at least another week. |
