Title: Mid-way Recap Show

I was furious when I watched this week's show and will likely not watch the show again because of what I saw. I am someone who stands up and makes my voice heard, especially when I see something racist. I almost fell over when they showed the never before seen clips of the first night in the house and they showed the "fashion show". Natasha might as well have come out in black-face. Her make-up (not to mention her walk) was rude and racist. Cassandra wasn't much better in her white make-up as a "Russian." I can not believe that Tyra let that air..... won't watch the show again!!

THey were just having fun. It wasn't racist cheermama. It was kind of like when the girls were imitating the judges before their acting class. I don't think anyone should take offense to girls blowing off steam. I found it to be fun and a great way for the girls to bond before the cattiness started.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree, funnygirl... I saw it as very insensitive and horrible. I think that Felicia and one of the other girls that she was "judging" with thought it was distasteful, too - as note by that fact that neither of them "won". I think that people have to remember, especially when on NATIONAL TV, that what they do can come across different ways to different people...

Wow...really? Racist? How can it be racist when there were multiple people doing it (white turning black and vice versa) and they were all laughing about it? It wasn't met to be racist...chill out dang!

Wasn't there an episode in a previous season where the models were made up as members of other races? I thought they were just goofing on that. I don't reall know how that can be called racist and horrible, burt I guess people are allowed their opinion, even if they are hypersensitive and reactionary.

GirlchefJ - you are right... the Got Milk? photo shoot did have all of the contestants done over to represent different races. I loved that shoot. It was done tastefully and respectfully. It wasn't mocking in any way.
