Aaron, 25, grew up in Columbia, Maryland, and earned All-conference and All-region NCAA baseball honors while getting his degree in business administration at the University of Mary Washington. He recently received his M.B.A. there in project management, and currently works as a community sales manager, managing sales and marketing operations for a Fortune 150 homebuilder. At just 25, he already has several personal property investments, and spends his spare time playing guitar, coaching baseball, riding his motorcycle and participating in triathlons. Aaron thinks he should be the next Apprentice because of his "passion for real estate along with his personal integrity, resilience and humility." "Success" can mean different things to different people; what does it mean to you and how will you know when you've achieved it? I strive for success by setting myself apart from the crowd, through innovation, hard work, and humility. The only way to measure success is through your own personal satisfaction. Describe the toughest business situation you've had to deal with and what you did to solve the problem. My first Job out of college was working as an assistant to a real estate sales director. With no experience under my belt, my duties were relegated to filing, storage closet maintenance, and part-time babysitter (my boss brought her infant to our office every day). Rather than throwing in the towel and looking elsewhere, I took the opportunity to hone my skills at my assigned tasks. Although I wasn't the best babysitter it was a good lesson in modesty. What lessons have you learned from past Apprentice winners or candidates? You've got to keep your eye on the prize. Too many candidates get caught up in the personal relationships and emotional aspects of the competition. We're all there for the same reason and that's to work for Donald Trump. Never lose sight of that. Why should you be Donald Trump's next Apprentice? It's a combination of passion for real estate with personal integrity, resilience, and humility that will make me the next apprentice. What's your favorite thing about Los Angeles? The food, beaches, and no humidity. What could be better? What's your least favorite thing about Los Angeles? And you're not allowed to say "traffic." Housing prices are over inflated and the market is in decline. Affordable housing and real estate investment opportunities are few and far between. What will surprise viewers about this sixth season of The Apprentice? The impact of west coast business operations added unusual and unexpected challenges.
