OCCUPATION
FOUNDER & CEO / CONTRACTING CO.

Frank, 27, was raised in Bronx, New York, attending Westchester Community College and graduating from the POHS Institute of Insurance. Eager to make his mark in the world, he launched his own company when he was just 21 years old and turned it into a multi-million dollar construction firm. He also helped launched a high-tech computer company that can connect remotely to any computer on the internet to fix personal computers in minutes without consumers ever having to leave their home or office. With a true passion for construction, Frank spends his spare time looking for new real estate development opportunities, and also enjoys spending time with friends. "I should be the next Apprentice," Frank says, "because I possess the confidence to rise to any occasion and my charismatic personality allows me to handle any situation with ease."

"Success" can mean different things to different people; what does it mean to you and how will you know when you've achieved it?
Success to me is when I can stand back and look at a building that I've constructed and know that it is there because of my drive to succeed. Success is something that is ongoing; it takes perseverance and hard work on a day-to-day basis to get it and to keep it.

Describe the toughest business situation you've had to deal with and what you did to solve the problem.
I had purchased a property in Peekskill, NY that was located near wetlands; it was also considered to be a historic site. Unfortunately, I received notice that I was unable to build on the property due to these issues. I had to deal directly with the Army Core of Engineers to determine exactly what the issues were and how I could resolve them. I hired a team of engineers to survey my property, and working closely with them I was able to demonstrate that my property was just outside of the wetland areas. After the survey was complete I was able to show that according to their own regulations I was within my rights to build on the property. The house that was on the property was considered to be a historic site due to its age and history. However, over the years the property had fallen into a state of disrepair and was now a hazard to the general public. I provided evidence of several major hazards that existed on the property, which provided me with the justification to demolish the existing house.

What lessons have you learned from past Apprentice winners or candidates?
I learned that at the end of the day you have to be confident and work hard. You have to show that you want the job. You need to be able to make decisions and stand behind them no matter what the outcome.

Why should you be Donald Trump's next Apprentice?
When it comes down to it, and you need something done right, I am the one who will work the hardest until the job is finished. I have a natural ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on the goal. I can think quickly and make important decisions without hesitation.

What's your favorite thing about Los Angeles?
The beaches and the ocean are beautiful. It's a laid back scene and everyone goes with the flow.

What's your least favorite thing about Los Angeles? And you're not allowed to say "traffic."
I'm not crazy about the temperature dropping every night and it raining every morning. The scorching hot afternoons and cold nights are too drastic for me.

What will surprise viewers about this sixth season of The Apprentice?
This season will definitely keep people on the edge of their seats, from romances to cutthroat action this is going to be the best season yet. The competition is fierce and each week is better then the last.

UP CLOSE

What's your marital/parental status?
Single.

If you could be the star of any movie ever made, which movie would it be and why?
I would want to be Bruce Williams in "Armageddon"; this is one of my favorite movies of all time. In the movie he is the best deep core driller in the world and when asked for help he steps up to the plate without hesitation. He ends up making the ultimate sacrifice to save the world and is a true hero. His selflessness is something that everyone should strive to have. I respect his character and admire the strength and compassion that he displays.

What are your three favorite albums of all time?
Frank Sinatra
Billy Joel
Andrea Bocelli
I love all their albums!

What are your three favorite books of all time?
"Lord Of Flies" by William Golding
"Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption" by Steven King
"Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert T. Kiyosaki

What hobbies do you enjoy, outside of trying to impress Donald Trump?
I like to play a round of golf with my father on a Sunday morning while smoking a fine cigar. It's good to take a break from work to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. I also like looking for new development sites and envisioning what can be done with a piece of potential property.
