Please discuss tonight's hunt here! This is the final episode before the LIVE finale next week. Who's gonna make it to the final two!?! :)

This was the best show yet. I won't go into too many details and ruin for some people, but the geniuses could possibly take it all here. The clues put together like that were so amazing, I really don't know how the producers put all of this together. And the anticipation of the show, and the constant wondering of what will happen next, with the library of congress, the ship, and the chamber, I really believe this is the best reality show ever. You CANNOT tell me it is scripted, and it has more intelligence than anything else out there.
I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!!!

Hey Trace, you don't have to worry about going into too many details and ruining it for some people in this thread. The ART Talk thread is created as an "East Coast" spoiler thread. People on the East Coast are welcome to discuss the show, and people from MT or PT know to either stay away from this thread or be spoiled. That's one of our
ART rules!Overall, after watching the show, I have to say that I got totally lost. It is a very intelligent show (although I think that the Mole was more intelligent...) but I think my problem is that I missed so many episodes that the clues just don't make sense to me anymore. I will be shocked if the Geniuses lose this at this stage in the game (although I suppose there's always tricky editing)

This show has been great. It's nice to get to the end and see how all the artifact they've collected were used to help make them a map to get them to their next destination.
Editing is always tricky... but at the close of the show... all three remaining teams are "locked" in the chamber. At least that's what the previews looked like to me. Wow. Wonder if they are sitting in that chamber right now still trying to come up with the five letter word to open their cryptex.
My guess is "Light," to open the cryptex and get the final key.

oh, sorry flem. oh well.
surely they are not still in the chamber with the cryptex, that long?
I have no clue as to what it is, but light seems like a decent guess.

Damn, I thought it was it tonight lol The one thing I hate about this show is the patriotism in it. There is too much of it around today and it drives me crazy.
To me this show is a lot like The Amazing Race but it falls short because the host is basically robotic and it focuses too much on one area. I find it very entertaining but I doubt I will watch it if there is a second season. But, I am also on the edge of my seat to see who wins. I am still rooting for Team Air Force but I think the Genuises have it in the bag.

I was just kidding Trace. I don't think they could leave them there that long. It has to do with editing I'm sure...because next week will be the live finale.
I thought it was going to be tonight too Epheks!!! I agree that Host Laird is not Phil, but I'm really liking this show. But I love American history and always have so it has been very interesting to me.
I love team Air Force. I like the Geniuses except for Charles. And the Southies... they're just good ole Boston boys that have gotten really lucky. Next week should be great.
