This is the first week, you, the viewers, get to vote! We'll be seeing Josh and Roz perform for the first time for more than 20 seconds. So many exciting things, let's talk about the show in this thread.

I liked everyone's set... but Chris. I don't know why, but I don't thought that he brought his best material. And it sounded like he was talking in a bad southern accent. I was confused :lol:

The big surprise of the night for me was Ty. I didn't know that he was actually capable of really making me laugh :lol: I think I'm going to send a few votes his way and maybe one to Chris and Roz each. Michelle was good, but not good enough to merit a vote, IMO.

Checking into this show throughout the season.

Caught Chris last night and our family had very much the same reaction, i.e. who IS this fellow now? I thought he was a contender, but looks like The Big Room seriously got to him. More of a struggle now for him to stay ahead of Josh and the rest. Chris was not at all like his fine roast character: his eyes were crazed, his voice was more Josh-like than caricatures of Josh --- what gave last night? I'd say he "got religion", but I think that was his subject downfall. And after intro'ing his family, too. Ouch. Moral of the story in the world of stand-up: sometimes you have to sit down.

I didn't think Chris was at all funny last night. Roz would be much better if she'd stop screaming. I actually thought Michelle was the funniest last night although I have a sinking feeling that she'll be going home. :(

I didn't like Josh last night. The only joke I found funny was the one about Gabriel calling. There were too many pauses in his material.

I'm positive it'll be Michelle to go.

Everyone seemd a bit nervous except for Ty. He took his time, kept his composure, and was funny throughout I thought. He was the best for me. I liked some of each performer's set though. I hope that they all do well over the course of their careers.

I'd like to see more of just about everyone who was involved on the show, except that belching Rebecca.

I completely forgot to watch this last night! I'm so mad at myself now!

Josh was the best in my opinion. I thought Chris was funny but not at his best. Roz was alright to me but she did the Joey Gay with all the screaming. Michelle wasn't at all funny and Ty was really good. I would love to go see his show.
