When will you consider yourself "a success"?I am a success today. I've achieved the perfect balance of personal and professional happiness.
How would you describe your leadership style? As an interior designer, I have to lead each project independently of the others. As a result, my leadership style can range from very intense to very relaxed.
How do you deal with personal and professional challenges? With honesty, integrity and straight forwardness.
What, in your opinion, is the most important quality to have in order to succeed in life and why? Integrity. If you're honest and true to yourself, nothing but success can follow you.
What's more important: College Education or Real World Experience? They're both important. Being a college graduate, I can't speak from not having that experience. I believe that education is constant. Whether through a book or on the street, if you're willing to learn, it can only benefit you.
Have any previous Apprentice winners motivated or inspired you?No, I didn't watch the previous shows.
How do you combine your creativity with your business savvy? As an interior designer, I am employed because of my creativity. The business aspect comes through securing new business, the process of identifying solutions for clients, and managing external budget requirements. By achieving this for my clientele, I remain a success.
